National Geographic ™ Snorkeler products are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. With proper care and storage of your snorkeling equipment you will be able to enjoy your snorkeling equipment for a very long time.

For fastest customer service include product type (Snorkeling, Swim, Kids) item name, model number, if available and a brief description of the issue. Also please include your current contact information including daytime phone number.
FAI Corp. guarantees that the product will be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of two years from date of purchase, with an additional year if you have properly registered your National Geographic™ Snorkeler product on-line for a maximum of a three year warranty.
Returns (non-warranty):
- You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
- 60 days from the date of invoice to return for store credit.
Please inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it.
You will need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
Please use the online contact request to obtain a return authorization. Include your name, number, date of purchase and invoice number in the message box.
We will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
